We are excited to offer an online shopping experience to our customers! A selection of our inventory is available to purchase through our website (new pieces will continuously be added!) If you are interested in a piece that is shown on our website but not in our online store, or if you have questions about an online purchase, please call us at 403.271.9267 or email email@example.com. If you’re looking for a specific piece or would like something custom made, please contact us.
To ensure the safety of our customers and their information, our checkout process has several steps and restrictions to reduce the risk of fraudulent charges. We accept payment through by all major credit cards via checkout. Your item will not be shipped to you until your payment clears our accounts (typically 2-3 business days). We do not accept personal cheques, cashier cheques, bank cheques or money orders for online purchases. We require your billing address to verify the credit card. Please enter a shipping address if it is different from your billing address.
We ship through FedEx to most major centers. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Please make sure you are present to sign for the package when it arrives. Typically, packages are delivered within 1-2 business days after the funds clear into our account (typically 2-3 business days). If we are sizing a ring before we send it to you, please allow an additional 5-7 business days. Additional shipping time may be required for certain pieces, such as those with hand engraving. If this applies, we will contact you.
Once payment has cleared, you will be contacted by email by Fed Ex and/or Wong Ken’s Jewellery to confirm when the package is shipping. We only ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure safe deliveries. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following week once the payment clears. The packages will not be addressed from Wong Ken’s Jewellery for security purposes.
We only ship within Canada at this time. Each Wong Ken’s piece is photographed and documented before we ship it to you and is packaged with the utmost care to ensure a safe delivery. If your package arrives and your item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require detailed photographs documenting any damages, as well as the piece to be returned back to us before any replacement or refund will be issued.
If you’d like to make an online purchase, but would prefer to pick it up in our Calgary Showroom, select the "Showroom Pickup" option (you will still input your billing address for security purposes). Once your payment clears (and ring sizing has been completed if applicable) we will contact you to let you know your purchase is ready to pickup.
If you live outside of a major center, please contact us before purchasing to see if we can arrange alternate shipping. In this case, extra charges may apply.

We do not offer exchange or return on custom orders. All other merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt in its original condition with original packaging for exchange or return. There are no refunds on shipping costs. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which must include insurance coverage. Contact us for return packaging details. If you wish to return your item, please contact us at 403.271.9267 to make arrangements. Once the item is returned, we will examine its condition and verify that the stones are original to the piece, and issue a refund, minus any sizing or other alteration charges. Refunds may take multiple days to show up in your account.
Sizing - IMPORTANT: Please read.
A ring purchased from Wong Ken’s includes one complimentary ring sizing before shipping. Most rings are only able to be sized within one size up or down. Please choose from the size options available when purchasing your piece. Unfortunately we aren't able to accommodate every size as it may compromise the integrity of the piece. Please note that certain rings are only able to be sized as noted in the details, so it is important to know the ring size required before purchasing. To confirm the size, print the sizing chart and place a ring that fits over the circle to determine the size required. Wong Ken’s will not be responsible for rings that do not fit or can not be sized beyond the specified amounts. Some rings are not able to be sized and will be noted as such in the description.
Warranty and Repairs
All purchases over $3,000.00 include a written appraisal done by a GIA certified gemologist. Due to the fact that we have no control in the care or your ring or jewellery, repairs will be priced and charged accordingly. All Wong Ken's jewellery pieces have been carefully inspected and are guaranteed for six (6) months from the date of purchase against manufacturers defects in materials and workmanship. Wear and tear or damage to the jewellery due to accident or negligence are not covered under warranty. Warranty is void if any of our pieces are worked on, repaired, or modified by any jeweler other than Wong Ken’s Jewellery. We want you to buy with confidence. Wong Ken’s guarantees that your information will not be sold to third parties and will be only used solely by our company. All payment information submitted to Wong Ken’s Jewellery remains secure.
